The last thing Wilhelm expects to find at Michaels, three days before
Christmas and in search of a gift to make for his niece, is one of Santa’s elves
—a cute one with a wicked, inappropriate sense of humor and a kinky streak.
Alabastair may have been kicked out of Santa’s village, but he’s still a
Christmas expert. And he’s determined to give Wilhelm and his family the
best holiday he can.
With only two days to turn the Grinch’s house into a Christmassy
wonderland, they have a lot on their plate. Among the glitter and the cheer,
Wilhelm and Alabastair might find more than just the holiday’s magic. But
will it be enough to keep Alabastair in Wilhelm’s bed and life when the
North Pole calls him back?
As the saying goes you always find love when you are not looking. Wilhelm does not know what to do when his sister declares that she and her family are coming to visit and that instead of buying the gifts they will be making them. Wilhelm cannot imagine what he will do for his niece and since she is young, he wants her to have a special memory of this Christmas. He soon finds himself at a craft store and overwhelmed. When Alabastair comes to his rescue he is grateful. As the two spend time together emotions begin to emerge, and the two men must decide just where their relationship stands and when Alabastair is called back to the North Pole another choice must be made.
I enjoyed this sweet story. The men are a good match. Alabastair does a wonderful job of helping Wilhelm find the magic in Christmas again. It was fun to see the relationship grow as the two go about decorating and buying for the holiday. They are good men each with their own problems to deal with and they find that leaning on each other is worth more than anything else. Their attraction cannot be denied, and it was nice to see the men work towards finding happiness.
