Enemies to Lovers: Sixty Five Hours by NR Walker

Good Reads Link

Cameron Fletcher and Lucas Hensley are advertising executives who have Sixty Five Hours to pull together the campaign of their careers.

Sixty Five Hours to get along. Sixty Five Hours to not kill each other. Sixty Five Hours to fall in love

For me this is a perfect example of an enemies to lovers story and it’s free. The animosity is one sided and Lucas mulls over why Cameron feels that way about him. It is only after they have to work together for sixty five hours that it becomes clear the animosity derives from envy. How could Lucas be so out and proud when Cameron feels he has to hide in the closet. I love that this is a no angst fun story. The way Lucas draws Cameron out so that they find they are so much more compatible than just work colleagues is great. The product behind the add campaign is a prefect foil for getting them together. Not to mention the socks, Cameron has a thing for cartoon socks and this shows Lucas Cameron’s fun side. It also helps that Lucas has a thing for feet! As the perceived barriers between them begin to break down the attraction grows. Both Cameron and Lucas are lovable characters each in their own way and together they are wonderful. Such an enjoyable book.

This is definitely not a book to be missed. It’s hot and steamy, light and funny and shows what a talent NR Walker has. If you don’t already have this book I highly recommend getting it.
